Charis Charitable Trust

For all the right reasons, establishing a charitable trust is a lengthy and strict process. The advantage is an efficient means of supporting causes in need.

Whilst Takutai continues to assist projects in its own right, Charis has an annual cashflow which ensures regular activity.

To achieve the charitable status Charis has submitted a charter with 3 main principles:

• providing assistance and support to persons who are disadvantaged, have low income or are living in hardship.
• advance education by providing assistance and support to schools which are unable to meet their needs through existing structures.
• be beneficial to the community by providing assistance and support
